We were very pleased with the resident services provided and the overall level of communication. We followed Na Kaminda’s direction and were able to complete all of our paperwork without stress and received our sedulas sooner than anticipated.
The process for shipping our household goods did not go as smoothly. Our goods shipped early without authorization and were in limbo for some time. This was ultimately resolved and we received our goods.
