Life is dynamic, and plans change, so you can always add more services later. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and that’s why there’s no one-size-fits-all pricing. Only after a brief but targeted intake will we provide you with a detailed quote based on your specific needs, ensuring no surprises later on.

Our prices may be adjusted multiple times a year, both up and down, depending on a combination of factors such as supply and demand, currency fluctuations, inflation, seasonal trends, societal changes, and operational costs.

Our Quote - Transparency and Assurance

Your first interaction with us can be via email or phone, but before any final steps are taken, you will always receive a detailed quote—sent via email or through our portal, never over the phone. Only after written approval of the quote and payment of the invoice will we begin working for you.

Our quote is valid for one month from the date of issue. If a price increase occurs during this validity period, the previously quoted lower rate will still apply, provided you book the services in writing before the offer expires and pay within 10 days. Conversely, if a price reduction occurs, you will benefit from the lower rate, even before your quote expires. However, a lower rate will not be applied retroactively once services have been booked, paid for, or started in any way.

What is your nationality? (and that of your partner and family members, if applicable)
What is your family situation? Will (minor) children be accompanying you?

Why are you relocating? Have you found a job on the island, are you starting a business, or are you retired?
